Welcome to Calor 2012

The conference registration fee is 350 USD.  The preferred method of payment is online with credit card or cash at the time of onsite registration on Sunday, June 3rd, or on Monday, June 4th, 2012.  The late registration fee is 400 USD after May 11th, 2012.  The conference fee entitles participants to the sessions, breaks, welcome reception, gift pack, and proceedings.  The conference dinner fee (65 USD) is separate and payable online.

Onsite registration will take place on Sunday June 3rd, 2012, from 17:00-19:00 at the Santa Fe Convention Center at 201 W. Marcy Street.  On Monday June 4th, the registration booth at the Santa Fe Convention Center will open at 7:30, before the opening session of the conference.

If you are required to have US entry visa, please fill out the required information in the online registration process so that a letter of invitation will be emailed to you.

Limited financial support is available to students and postdocs who will make presentations.  If you wish to apply for support, please indicate this during the online registration proces and arrange a letter of recommendation from your supervisor to be emailed to calor2012@ttu.edu.
